I had a customer come in who's the most hardcore of hardcore badasses i've ever known today.  He looked mellow for the first time ever, I asked him why and he responded, "I got a Wii man, it's fucking awesome." I need to get myself one of these mystical Wiis (or is it Wiii)?

My wife mentioned that she wanted a Wii.I showed her the youtube video of the guys playing on the theatre big screen and it only intensified her desire for one.I think I'll be buying one shortly.

I got my wii on launch and even though there are no real amazing games out yet(except for zelda) I've been completely satisfied wit the purchase. The controls are fun, it's a great group experience, and the virtual console is quite satisfying. I've never played some of the classic nintendo titles like Super Mario World, Super Mario 64, Mario Kart, or any of the metroid games(other than the gameboy one)... all of which i'm working on now.A I mentioned, Zelda is awesome and a must have for this console. I'm also excited about the games that are due out soon like Metroid 3, mario galaxy, and battalion wars 2. I'm a total nintendo fan boy since I bought this system.

I have the Zelda game and the SPorts game that came with it. I played the Wii Play game. It was LAME. table tennis (but all you do is see how many times you can hit the ball, no real game), pool (nine ball just to see how few shots it takes, no real game), target game (like Duck Hunt), and some really retarded games like "find your Mii" where you look in a crowd and click on your character. Ok to rent, only entertaining to a child or a retard. don't buy it.

I am really excited for Paper Mario and Mario Galaxy for sure.  They both look fantastic.  I am also looking forward to Mario Party 8.  I wish they would make a MLB baseball game soon though.

Ditto, the Wii is so magical!  The games are great, especially Wario Ware and Wii Sports for bowling.  I have to admit I've started using the boxing training program where you punch the bags away to tone up my arms for my wedding and its acutally working.  Wii is so great.  I used to be all about the 360 with Viva pInata and the Live Arcade, but I now take this Wii to be my lawfully wedded gaming system as long as wii both shall live.

I got mine from target.. I had to wait in line @ 7 am till the doors opened up @8... You have to just keep calling target Toys R us.. My friend found hers in Costco..they actually have better deals.you can get memory cards cheaper in Costco than other placed & the games are a little cheaper also.

Right now I'm waiting on some new games to come out so I'm catching up on nintendo games I've never played before like super mario world, zelda ocarina of time, metroid... etc. I love the VC and gamecube compadibility. I've missed a lot over the years but I'm catching up now with this system. Couple more weeks for Super Paper Mario!!!  I can't wait!!!
