Here's the thing. I'll air it out.

My wife have had some problems. Everything from little fights to blowouts over our 7 years together. We dated for about 6 months and broke up for 10 months. Got back together for 3 years and split up for 2 months in November '05.

When we got back together in January '06 things were great....for 6 months. We then hit a wall and that's when I decided to search out work out of town. On one side it gives us time to reflect and time to miss, on the other side it gives me the opportunity to make more money than I ever imagined thus allowing me to give my kids anything they want.

Obviously a healthy relationship with my wife is more important than spoiling my kids...I think they'd benefit more from the example of loving parents.

I just got back from my first rotation out of town (which is why I haven't posted much lately). It's 10 days in/ 4 days out. If last night was any indication of our future relationship I'd say the decision was well worth it.

The hugs comming home were great. The cuddles were fantastic and the sex was phenominal. Her skin was softer, her kisses were sweeter and her boobs were incredible.

It's been the hardest decision I've ever made but as of now it seems to be helping us find our true feelings for each other... which luckily will help us out in the long run.

(remember: That's life forum)

That's great news bro. I guess sometimes the old saying "you don't know what you've got 'till it's gone" is true.

I hope you guys can keep the rekindled flame alive.

glad everything was great when you got home. when you are constantly around someone you tend to get on each other's nerves and can become very defensive. some time apart allows you to realize what you miss about that person and can appreciate the time more when you are around them. this probably sounds like a hallmark card but i don't care. im glad you had a good homecoming. too bad your oilers got beat by my sabres last night!

i have spent monday mornings till friday evenings away from wife and kids for last 18 months (except for holiday breaks and summer break) prior to that i worked in campus housing at universities in NYS for 4 years and my family lived with me which was also where I worked (had to live on campus)

today I have to say that the relationship with wife is better. more xoxox when we are together now. as for the kids, they are super excited to see me, but they are super sad on sunday night (i leave before they wake up monday)

It has been hard on me as far as loneliness issues mid-week. ron and Fez on at night has helped a lot.

i don't think i can do it after this may though, i am looking for something close to home more often as time goes by.
