<p>The poor guy has lost his mind...it was so damn uncomfortable during the FreeFM show where Ron &amp; Fez are talking about whether or not a guy should tell his best friend if his friend's chick hits on him and Earl just starts going on out of nowhere about MafiaLife Chris requesting tickets. </p><p>The subtitle for the Big Ass Night of Fights should be &quot;Earl's Last Stand&quot; because I can't see anyway this doesn't end in a full-fledged meltdown by him. </p><p>He just can't function on-air anymore. </p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p>

I think Earl will keep his job , but he'll have to go into mediation with Al Dukes. These mediation sessions will be broadcasted with hidden mics as Ron, Fez, Sheepy, and Dave comment on them.

i really don't understand why earl made this so complicated.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; he reminds me of my old boss who used to keep projects all to him self till the uppers were yelling that they wanted shit done &amp; me &amp; the other underlings had no guidance.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; it made me quit.&nbsp;
