<p>I think the Earl bashing is getting a little old now. Whenever I hear Ron say &quot;so Earl...about this event&quot;, I turn to another channel because I know&nbsp;he is&nbsp;just kicking off a 45 minute break about how Earl&nbsp;can't do his job. I absolutely loved the segment with Lenay on Wednesday, and the interview on Thursday, simply because they took a break from shitting on Earl for awhile.</p>

The producer is always torn apart, if the producer happens to do a good enough job they will leave him alone, though that rarely happens. Instead the producer is torn apart daily until the finally crack and have a meltdown. They don't fire their producers but instead drive them mad to where they finally quit. They've been doing this for many years and will continue to. If this is unfunny to you than you need to decide if this show is right for you. The things you say are problems with this show in this thread and your other threads are all things that most of the listeners love.&nbsp;</p><p>I'm sure that Ron and Fez would love to do more interviews and special segments, though they can only do so much with what they got, if they get nothing than they have to make something out of nothing and that usually falls on the producer for not booking people or getting what they need for the show. A lot of that falls on Earl so he gets trashed on the show.&nbsp; Like I said, this is not at all a new concept for the show, but more in-line with how the show is normally run.&nbsp; </p>
