View Full Version : I saw John Mayer in MSG Last night!!

OK OK OK...granted he was very cool on the Radio show with the Buddays, and claimed he was a friend of the show but I really didn't want to enjoy the show last night. I was hoping this is one of those things that would get me laid and my chick would love it.After the show I have to say I loved it. He played Acoustic, blues his pop crap and ended it with bringing Alicia Keyes to sing a blues style final song.I have to say I enjoyed it! That being said John Mayer why don't you call in anymore?? If your reading this call in as John and then go ...You know this is John Mayer?

I've seen John Mayer a few times as a guest at various shows - The Jammys, Gov't Mule... and he always kicks ass.  He's got real talent.

The John Mayer Trio actually opened for the Stones down here in DC a couple of years ago, so my friends and I made sure not to get there early and we spent that time in a bar across the street.Thanks for the memories John Mayer.

That gave way to skateboards though, so now yea, only for hockey. Though occasionally, when i am playin hockey, ill dick around and throw some spins for old times sake

I used to loathe John Mayer because I always saw him as way too pop-ish and I never wanted to give him a chance, then I finally decided to listen to his music other than his pop stuff and make my mind up for myself, now I absolutly dig him. When he plays with the Trio theres some flat out amazing music being made.
