I saw this yesterday.  She.....starts.....out......talking...really...slo w... and..then.. picks...up..the..pace..untill she's SCREAMING. She was completely talking down to her audience.

I don't think there's anything not to believe about the audio. It doesn't matter what she was quoting, she doesn't have a southern accent yet was talking in a horrible imitation because she was in the south.

Call me wacky (quite a few folk do) but I like a good accent put-on.  I dig it when Brits try to sound American (but I hate it in reverse...like when some bow-tie-wearin' "Brother" from Alabama starts affecting an Oxford, England accent.  But, I'm game for mostly AIRTHANG (that's 'everything' in Ebonics).  I like a fake Jamaican accent spoken by practically any American.  I love to hear Northerners try to talk Southern.  Hell, I love "White" folk speakin' skreet.  Nome Sane? (That's 'know what I'm saying' in Ebonics)

She said many other things, beyond that quote, in that fake accent.  She was playing up for her audience and it was bad and laughable.  If I was southern, I'd be a little offended. Listen to the audio clip.  She is talking about a New Jersey governor at one point, was that in the quote?

There's a reason why this clip started with the hymn with a heavy southern drawl, which occured at the end of her speech, and ended with the other clips, which were in the beginning of the speech. The rest of it would not sound bad without the misrepresented quote.
