But how did they do against the Spaniards?&nbsp; Ritual sacrifice is nothing compared to all the slaughtering for gold.&nbsp; But then a lot of&nbsp;those Spanish galleons&nbsp;sank due to overload.&nbsp; Hey...Maybe there is something to all that sacrificing.&nbsp; Maybe it wasn't overloading or bad weather.

Thanks for pointing that out. It's kinda funny, but kind of not. Those shamans or spiritual leaders aren't don't do their work for political statements--gains entirely. Probably not at all. Did Bush actually "dirty" their "sacred space" and it had to be cleansed?
