I havent gone for a few years, not because I didnt want to, I just kind of "forgot" about them. But I have had 5 vistits to IHOP and I gotta say, I have thoughly enjoyed my meals there and the prices are very good for the quality.
Does anyone go to IHOP? Last night I had these crepes with chicken and spinach and cheese and onions and they were fucking awesome! I am almost planning my next visit.

BOO this thread. IHOP sucks. There food isn't nearly as good as it used to be when I was a little kid, and the prices are insane. I can go to any diner around here and get more food that is just as good for almost half as much money.

FUCK IHOP

love the ihop. a few years ago (4-5) the quality of eggs (scrambled) went downhill. eventually i stopped going. then about two years ago i wrote to the company and they said they had indeed switched to packaged eggs (pasteurized or some such for health) BUT you could ask for scrambled eggs "country style" and they would use fresh eggs. tried that and the eggs were 100% better. now we go once every few weeks again.

the ihop by mu house also sucks because its the only one for awhile, so it has like 20 minute waits on a fuckin wednesday, nevermind on the weekend. With being more expensive and not as good, I just don't get why people wait so much. Kinda like Outback

I have never been a big fan of IHOP. I prefer Denny's, especially after a night of drinking.

I think it is hard to go to an IHOP in NJ since there are so many good diners usually withing a mile of most IHOPS.

I love Ihop. They are a little on the dirty side but the food makes up for the dirty /sticky tables. I love the cocolate chip pancakes and the overeasy eggs with some toaste. mmm tasty

I dont know, it seems as if some of you are going to places that are not as well run as the one I go to. The one I go to is old school, with the tall swiss style roof and the old style interior. I find it spotless and the wait staff excellent and the food aways great.

IHOP usually disappoints me, and its hard for me to go there when there's an Original Pancake House on Bloomfield Ave in Caldwell that's sooooooo much better.

haven't been to an IHOP in at least 10 years. I just prefer a good diner breakfast. i've also gotten away from the BIG breakfast where I'd order 3 eggs w-hashbrowns and toast/order of pancakes/order of bacon/fruit cup/lg OJ/2 cups of coffee. Now it's either the eggs OR the pancakes and I'll eat my fruit at home... i'm getting old brother

Ive been going for meals other than breakfast and thats where I have been enjoying it. I had these crepes filled with chicken and sauteed onions and spinach and cheese. it was soo good. Last time I had this sandwich and they take parmesan cheese and they grill it into the bread to make the sandwich and its amazing.

Whenever I go out to breakfast, I like to go to local diners. I live about a mile from an IHOP, and if I ever end up there, the best thing about it is that they give you your own pitcher of coffee. There's nothing worse than being a coffee drinker and being at a place where the waitress is too busy, doesn't care, or isn't good enough to come back with steady refills. So at IHOP you have your pitcher of coffee and don't have to worry about it.
