Been listener for a few months, whats the #'s people yell out?

I been a listener for a few months now and I still have no clue what the hell the numbers mean that people start off a call with....Example

Ronnie B: "Lets go to Jeff, how are you Jeff?"

Jeff: "536325!"

Sound Effect: "HooAhh!"

Jeff: "Heya Buddays...."

Ronnie B: "What ya got Jeff?"


What do the numbers mean?? Is it a zipcode?? I'm lost..
