View Full Version : O&A FM Listening Thread: 5/21-5/25
I realize it's a little late to start this, but Ant's on fire with his ghost of Reagan bit.
And for anyone that can't get the stream at FREEFM to work (like me), use this link below (courtesy of johnniewalker):

This place isn't too bad, but they do block the stream from FREEFM's website. They don't block the XM stream...yet.
One thing to note about that link is that when I use it here, it launches Windows Media Player. It doesn't play in the browser. Do you have media player installed? If so, then they really do have your network locked down.

The end of today's show was ominous. Based on Ron's signoff last night and the "Big Meeting" going on this morning, things do not look good.
Damn!

patrice was talking about tuning in for nick dipalo yesterday and opie said that he had proved himself in radio and that the company likes him and RnF and are trying to figure out what to do with them (something along those lines)
I'm guessing the web stream must be pre-dump, because I've heard E-Rock say "asshole" twice today and say "shit" once.

You should have heard the last few minutes of the show. That's all I heard because I don't wake up early. Jimmy was like, "welcome back k-rock" or some shit. Then OnA said things along the same line. I kinda wanted to throw up.
I feel like OnA have been castrated.

Ant also said that while they were the only talk show to keep their jobs we should stay tuned to see what will happened with the other talk shows that were on FREE ...

c'mon guys...don't hate on opie & co. for saying what they did. they're obviously not making a big deal out of ron & fez's situation because it probably isn't a big deal. it means ron & fez were very much liked by CBS Radio's execs and that they have a good shot at getting back on the FM airwaves soon enough.
