You must set the ad_network_ads.txt file to be writable (check file name as well).

That's kind of funny. I'm not sure it would work as a full character, but it could be funny as a single call to the show.

You could try Owen H. He's a guy who somehow calls into the show from the great beyond but then doesn't acknowledge anyone.
