I have a large iced coffee every day, and I only take 2 creams, even that causes me to clear rooms. This morning I ate a pint of Ben and Jerry's and I have to get into bed with my wife now. What do I do?

Most people are lactose intolerant, they just don't notice it. You should be fine, I would just try to cut back on your diary consumption. As for what do with your wife, I've always found it hilarious to hold the covers over their head after letting a nasty one rip.

I'm not lactose intolerant, but I have this thing against drinking milk. It's kinda nasty when you think about it. I wouldn't drink human milk. But I still like putting milk in my coffee and tea. So we tried soy milk and loved it. Silk is good, and so is Trader Joe's.

I actually ate two pints, along with a 1/2 lb of chicken livers, and some mashed potatoes, I cut it down to one in my post so I wouldn't sound crazy.

I have acid reflux too, I asked my doctor about it, told him basically anything I eat gives me heartburn, he told me, just dont eat those things. Started taking a calcium supplement every day, haven't had heartburn since.
