This is news? He was a lame duck as soon as it was announced that Mel was going to be CEO of XM/Siri. Besides, you may not want to hear this, but he's more about censoring content than Uncle Mel. Tee hee.

Billy is right, they announced Karmazin was taking over at the press conference and Panero was most likely out. He was a lame duck anyway.
