I never go for skanky diseased street corner hookers. I only go for high-class hookers, like the expensive escorts. Therefore I pay more, but it is worth the peace of mind. Going rate is generally 200 for an hour, some slightly less, and the really good ones are slightly more. The most I ever paid was 280 for an hour with a tall blond goddess including anal.

Oral without a bag is generally OK as long as there are no cold sores (which I have never seen), but the thing I would probably never do is go for the gold with no bag. Except for my regular classy lady, that is.

The risk of your acquiring HIV by having fellatio performed on you is extremely low, if it exists at all.

Factors that might increase the risk of transmission are:
# being the receptive partner (ie taking the penis into your mouth).
# poor oral hygiene: the presence of oral thrush, mouth ulcers or gum disease.
# ulcer(s) on the penis or blood in the semen.
# allowing ejaculation of semen into the mouth.
# failing to spit out or swallow semen (the chemical environment of the stomach and digestive system will rapidly inactivate HIV).

yes, I know what the risks are. But I think that placing yourself in that situation to that would increase your risk, is too much. boy, i hope that made sense.
