Hiiiiii everybody!
Anyone up for another magical night at Dremo's? I'm thinking maybe on Saturday the 13th, maybe we could still hang outside if it's nice...
Can anyone make it?
Will anyone make it?
Is anyone naked?

I might be in for it. We definitely need to go once more before the outside is closed down for good. Dremo's closes for good around next Feb-Apr, so this might be the last month the outside is open.
I hope that the excitement of Ron & Fez's visit last time doesn't put a damper on things.

Ya I was kinda worried because I didn't see anything last month, so I figured everyone needed a break.
But let's put all that behind us now, and like a pheonix, rise up from the pile of beer cups and get :drunk:
In honour of my 666th post, I must recite the following proverb from Genesis, Album 4, Track 6.
Quoth the Gabriel:
"666 is no longer alone,
He's getting out the marrow in your back bone,
And the seven trumpets blowing sweet rock and roll,
Gonna blow right down inside your soul.
Pythagoras with the looking glass reflects the full moon,
In blood, he's writing the lyrics of a HIP brand new tune."

Alright...sounds like we should start PMing some of the regulars and see if they're in.
I'm not going.
Blame Fez.

You BETTER be coming to THE 2007 SPOOKY MOVIE FILM FESTIVAL (http://www.veoh.com/videos/v1260277exyQgASz) again, dammit!
Two articles in the Washington Post all about it - one on Sunday and another on Thursday - here's the link to the home page (http://www.thespookymovie.com).

Also, that is the night of Dr. Steve's show on XM: Weird Medicine.
Therefore, try to make it a listening party if you can. :bye:

Well, if people are wanting to go to Fairfax instead I'd be up for that and maybe do the bar night on the 20th.
Not a huge horror fan, but would love to hear Bobo play :)

For a mere $20, you can see 26 short- and feature-length horror movies this coming weekend.
This bloodlustful deal is brought to you by the second annual Spooky Movie Film Festival at the Cinema Arts Theatre in Fairfax. The festival starts Friday with a grindhouse feature (two films and four shorts) and will end Oct. 14 with the U.S. theatrical premiere of the Japanese film "Carved: The Slit-Mouthed Woman."
"It's an unbelievably troubling movie," says Curtis Prather, 40, the festival's founder. "It's not nearly as gory as the title suggests. But, man, it's disturbing."
The highlight of the schedule surely will be Saturday's 11:50 p.m. showing of "Der Golem," a 1920 silent movie. Baltimore musician Bobogolem will provide a live score, playing upright bass, banjo, violin and theremin, among other instruments.
Films by local talent include "The Dollhouse," "Blood Bound" and "Werewolf on PCP." With titles like those, how can you resist?
