Ban solid. I use to use Arid. All of a sudden I developed an allergy to it. I had to go through 2 others before I found Ban to agree with my body. I hate spray. My parents always had that in the house growing up as a child. I would spray and it would get in my eyes. I guess I had bad aim.:sad:

Holy shit. I used to use spray and one time accidentally sprayed it DIRECTLY in my eye (the deodorant, not jizz). It was so fucking terrible. It was the longest day of school ever.

I'm a schweaty dude, and this is the only stuff that gets the job done.

Before that, I still bucked the trend by using the spray. I did that and still would if it was strong enough because it beats up much less on your shirts than all the others do. Your clothes last a lot longer if you use the spray.

Funny you should say that, I use Axe solids! They have some over the top scents, but most are very mild and they work baby! I go the hybrid deo/antiper route.

I don't know about gel, but the Old Spice stuff I use is a solid stick that rubs on kind of like a gel. I just put it on right after I get out of the shower, and by the time I'm finished shaving, my pits are dry enough to put a shirt on. Beats the hell out of the cakey, shirt-staining solid crap I used to use.

Seriously, though, hyperhydrosis suuuuuuucks. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hyperhydrosis) And there's really nothing I can do about it. Like the entry says, it's bizarrely localized...typically when I get stressed, I'll notice that one armpit (the right one), my forehead and shoulder area sweat profusely. It really only showed up in the last few years, and my doctor tried several different medications, even beta blockers, to try and help, but nada. That Certain-Dri stuff helps, but even that can't totally get rid of it. I'm seeing if losing 10-20 pounds might help, but I'm not optimistic. Beyond that, there's botox injections every few months into the affected areas or some kind of surgery, but I'm not gonna bother with either.

That's close to what I use. As I said before, I get the clear stick. I just have so much trouble finding it sometimes. I go through the gel too quick, and the so called "invisible sticks" are a lie.
