Scab Bits

Okay before I begin, I will admit that I have always been a Dave fan, but is it me or do these scab bits (eg Bob Boberson) really show how talented Dave is. I don't mean to be putting down Lilly or Bob Bob, nor do I mean to be licking Dave's balls, but the bits Dave does are not easy to carry. I mean I'm just as shocked by this as anyone, as I had a chance to see what a mess he is firsthand when we were both Fordham freshmen (I will never forget the blank drunken stare). But I have to give credit where it is due. I may need to become a DIC holder.

Bob Boberson made Dave look really good, but I thought Lily did a really good job with Board Gossip.

And she kept the voice up for the whole bit.

Here is my opinion on this subject, I am loving this whole strike 'bit.' I too am a big Dave fan, but I have to believe the 'bits' Bob-Bob and Lil put together were probably meant to be a little messy and disheveled. That, really is why most of us laughed at these train-wreck 'bits.' I think Bob-Bob was really a wreck, but Lil actually had an okay 'bit.' I have to believe, also, that Dave was a part of this writing...

i think dave is killing with this strike bit. he is the only one on the show besides ron and fez that actually knows how to run a bit and keep it funny. earl or any of those other fucks suck at bits and half the time don't even pick up on them
