Another thing, the kid looks like it is about a year old and for me that is about the cutoff time for breastfeeding. My wife breastfed our son and is currently breastfeeding our infant daughter. As I don't know the feeling of the whole experience I often turn to her with my curiosities. She told me that once the child can literally help themselves to the tit is when it crosses over from nurturing to creepy.

As far as breastfeeding in public, if there is no other place to go a woman has to take care of her child. Although there usually are locations just for that purpose. As a breast man, I see no problem with women feeding their babies in public, just do it discreetly. When my wife breast fed, she would have a towel or blanket that she could throw over her shoulder and she would try to find a secluded place to do it.
