So I'm at Sheetz (convenience store chain) tonight, and I see the guy again. I've seen this guy in his 50's sitting in his car, in the same parking spot, at least 20 times before. I never see him go in. He just sits there.
So tonight I decided to ask the two hot Jamaican girls who work there about him. I ask if he just sits there all the time. BTW... his parking spot has a clear view of the registers. I figured he's there because the store is adjacent to Shenandoah University, and there's no shortage of hot coeds that shop at Sheetz.
The Jamaican girls tell me that he's always there when certain girls are working, and he particularly likes those two. One of the girls says (half jokingly) she hopes he doesn't follow her home some day. The other girl says, "I'm a Jamaican girl. I'll tear him apart if he messes with me".
I can't believe the manager doesn't do something about this. He might not be breaking any laws, but he is loitering on private property, at the least.

The only law he's breaking is loitering, and that's only if the store complains. I can't do anything about it.

It's way better than a 7-11. They make subs and stuff, and the cigarettes and gas are the cheapest in town. And they employ hot Jamaican girls.

I'm still not going to step in, as it's none of my business, but... I recently checked the sex offender's registry around my my neighborhood. That creepy guy (who STILL hangs out in that parking lot. He was there tonight), is on the list. In 1979, he was convicted of abduction and forcible sodomy.

Yikes! You should tell the ladies. They need to know who they're dealing with.

Definitely.
Granted, he's just sitting there in his car but he's on the sex offenders list. You've seen him hanging out there on a few occasions. That's gotta be some sort of parole violation. Call the non-emergency number to your local precinct. Maybe an officer could have a chat with him.
I'd just hate to see something happen to one of those ladies.

I think I may know someone who has a friend that works there. I think I'll tell him to just tell his friend to take a look at the list, and specify the street, but not come out and say who I'm talking about.

Oh jesus.
The dude offended 30 YEARS AGO.
I'm all for getting creeps off the streets, but the sex offender registry is some of the most draconian shit I've ever heard of.
I mean, he did his time, he was paroled, and he's kept out of trouble. He's a creep, yes. But still...

He's clearly rehabilitated. Sitting in a car all day ogling Caribbean cashiers is obviously a sign of a well adjusted and fully reformed man.

The sex offender lists can be very broad and cause people to leap to conclusions, but being wary of guy sitting around leering at girls and young women in the same place day after day who was convincted of abduction and forced sex isn't a bad idea, regardless of whether it happened 30 years ago or 1 year ago.

when i was in vegas last week we spent a few days at the moorea beach club which is an "adults only" section of the pool at mandalay bay because some chicks may run around topless.
both days there were creepy old dudes there by themselves just walking around with big smiles on their faces. it costs $40 on a week day for men to get in & $50 on a weekend.

I agree with mojo.
Today, the term "sex offender" seems to be tossed about a lot. An 18 year old dates a 15 year old and has consensual sex. He/she is a sex offender. Under-age girls who text nude pics of themselves are being labeled sex offenders. The term "sex offender" almost seems flippant these days.
Thirty years ago, not as much. You have to remember, 30 years ago, women's sex lives were still being put on trial in rape cases. Plus, very few sex offenders are rehabilitated.

I'm sure he never did anything bad ever again.

Isn't most sodomy forcible? It is usually tight.
