Like a lot of people, she's still a friend of the show, she's just moved on from regularly appearing on the show. I know she's called in on the very rare occassion just to say hi, but she's really not doing her "bit" anymore.

Yea, I was never overly impressed with radio sex stuff either. I didn't mind her but when they didn't feature her as much I didn't notice until they talked about it.

She's old skool Ron and Fez though and I wish he well, but I'd much rather have Crazy Jenn on air. She adds something.

Moe, that is a completely unfair condemnation of what Melissa did for the show. yes, she had her gimmick, but she also sat in on discussions about science and current events. You want to yell about others being one trick ponies, that's fine, but Melissa was not. I'm not yelling that Crazy Jen brings nothing because she did take part in bits, but Melissa also brought things to the table.

You guys calling Sweet Melissa a one trick pony are nuts! She was used sparingly and thus perfectly by the show, and those fucking moans, hey, some are actually pretty hot! The contrast of that truly sweet girl persona to that was a pretty fun juxtoposition. Crazy Jen was fucking radio cancer and just garbage on the air. I say so more because of the time wasted to mine any laughs out of her. Some people you love to hate, she was someone I loved to turn off and was a big reason a lot of us took a sabbatical during the JFK days.

And if she is a one trick pony, its a trick like The Wateboy movie gimmick. Whether its him sacking the quarterback or her moaning, its one good trick and one worth repeating!

Only the creepy pervs focused on the moans. Melissa was always a fun listen when she sat in with the Boys. It probably got frustrating that even after she would be involved in some great shows and really add alot to the discussion that some callers would still just want her to do the sex sounds.

He has lived a mild-mannered lifestyle and upgraded from asshat to total douche second class. He's since started his career in the Air Force and currently lives in New Jersey until he leaves for Texas for pilot training in August of 2008. He has been an XM subscriber since October of 2007 and planned on posting more if he ever has the time.
