I dont know about anybody else here, but I really enjoyed Mike being in the studio. Ronnie B finally had someone who was in his same brain-wavelength to talk with on air.
RADIO GOLD!!!!!!!!
I couldn't peel myself away from the radio while they were on. Did anybody else think so and should Mike come back on more often with these great topics? My favorite show of the year!!!!!!!:clap::clap:

I propose that topics brought up in the listening thread need not be topics of their own threads.
(just kidding).
Yes. M the T was definitely a breath of fresh air from the usual, uh, lesser-educated Dave, Earl and today, Billy.
Well done Miguel.

Yeah. I feel like a nerd, but I've been obsessing over zombie ants all afternoon.
Mike put a link to the wikipedia article on the listening thread, but it makes no sense without his reasoned, know-it-all voice explaining.
I think it would be great if the show had a Mike the Teacher hotline feature. They could use it at times when the conversation turns to a scientific subject that nobody in studio really knows anything about. You know, like time travel, robots, mind reading, getting powers from radiation...

Only bring in M the T if Staples is there also.
The contrast was beautiful.

Mike the Teacher is always a fantastic guest in-studio. He adds so much to the conversation. More Mike = More Better.
Agree, Mike always does a great job on the show.

Mike really should have his own show. I could listen to that all day. I was hoping they went longer on evolution and all that shit
Every time I've heard Mike the Teacher on the show I've always wondered why he's only on for such a short time.
I say make him a semi-regular guest at the least, and give him at least 2 hours.
Fascinating stuff, from science to spirituality.

yeah i think mike should become a regular guest, once a month maybe, have an hour long segment about a certain topic. yesterday the topics were so interesting, but all over the place. i was getting into the cat shit disease thing, then next think i know were talking about evolution.. btw i was the one that called about what theory are we going to evolve into..
always when he is on the show i grab a piece of paper and jot down the topics he is talking about, the evolution topic yesterday was really cool. for some reason in school i could never pay attention to a teacher about stuff, but mike i could listen to all day.

I just caught the Mike the teacher segment from yesterdays show on paltalk. This was one of the most entertaining/interesting segments on all radio for quite sometime. So good I had to comment. Thanks RF for just a great listen. fantastic.

I love the idea of a Mike the Teacher show. Any good ideas for who to put in the studio with him? I have no problem going on the record and saying it should not be Staples.

I absolutely LOVE it when Mike the Teacher is on. I don't know how one man can know so much about such a diverse group of topics, and all of it is fascinating.
I enjoyed having Billy Staples on too UNTIL Mike got on. Then I just wished Billy would stop interjecting things so I could continue learning.

I loved the contrast between Mike and Billy!! We all know Mike is a genius, but hearing Billy's inane comments made Mike sound even smarter!
