For breakfast I had scrambled eggs with some shredded cheese mixed in. Watching football at the bar, I had some mozzarella sticks. And for dinner, I ate a couple slices of pizza. I still feel like I could use more cheese in my diet.

I love burnt cheese. When we cook cheese breadsticks, there's always some mozzarella on the bottom of the pan that's crispy. I want to market cheese chips.

growing up used to love the cheese & cracker set with the red plastic stick spreader thingy, and the wispride cheese with red wine in it. ricotta i can eat by the spoonful especially with some crushed garlic added. finlandia swiss is awesome too
but since my cholesterol is teetering near the high side they say to cut back on dairy products

Thanks to holiday parties, I've become addicted to Brie.
mmmmmmm.
It's cheese that doesn't need to be on anything to feel like a warm meal.

The title of this thread brought back a memory of my college roommate. We would hit the bong and his favourite thing for the munchies was to shred a bowl of cheese and microwave it. Then he would sit down and eat a whole bowl of melted cheese with a spoon.

Love the cheese fondue:

Here's a cheese fondue tip you're sure to remember: when enjoying your fondue, be sure not to drink anything cold, especially ice water, because it will harden the cheese in your stomach, and keep you from enjoying more fondue.
Happy dipping, hipsters!

Just add a little Boars Head spicy mustard to it.
I like melted Monterey jack with jalopenos and a bag of chips.
