How can you not "access" it? (Not sure what "open" means). Save the picture to your hard drive, and then post it to an imaging site, such as photobucket, flickr, or imageshack. Then save the address of the picture at the site in your signature.

When i uploaded the picture to photobucket this morning it was A LOT bigger than the rules. Thats Becuase i tried to use it on here. Then noticed it was way too big

I found this out when i got to work this morning. So i saved it off of photobucket and deleted it from there. Then resized it using garbage ass MSpiant. Then reuploaded it too photobucket. Then i tried the same link again onto ronfez.net and its still the same cotdamn size (TOO BIG) How the f do i get rid of that.

You don't need permission. You need to save it to an image hosting site (photobucket, imageshack, etc) . Then take the direct address for the pic, to to User CP, Edit Signature, and enter the image into your signature.

But you can't just put the address in your signature. You have to press this button http://www.ronfez.net/forums/images/skins/rf_blue/editor/insertimage.gif and enter the address in it.

There's a size limitation: no more than 300 x 100 pixels and 30k. Any size under that is permissible.
