About 5 years ago, I was really sick. I had food poisoning but didn't know. I was at work and felt like I needed to go to the bathroom (badly). I stood up from my desk, told one of the clerks that I was going to the bathroom, started to walk and... no joke, shit my pants.

I walked out of the building to my car and drove home without telling anyone until the next day. I was pretty embarrassed because I shit before getting out of the office in front of probably 5 people.

I have had to pull a gun on some one in self defense but the case never even went to grand jurry so nothing on my record. The creep got 8 years.

My PTSD does not include this, just mainly from the military. I can still hear screaming when I shut my eyes and think about a particular incident.
