Today is sucking a thick dick around here. I have been listening, but have also had to waste my time on the phone with Symantec Support.

I got somebody with such a thick accent I could barely understand him - why do they do that? Why staff your call center with people your customers can't understand? Besides that, they couldn't provide help since they couldn't go outside 'the script'.

EDIT: What is worse is the guy kept getting pissed when I asked him to repeat things. I was being as pleasant as possible, since I perform a similar service as part of my job, but I wanted to send an electrical charge through the phone by the time I hung up.
