..to dogs.
Whenever I am around a dog, and they kiss me, they end up licking my bald head and they seem to really enjoy it, because they cant seem to get enough of it.
It seems to be the head and not the face. I wonder why?
......just an observation...

Maybe it looks like a giant bone to them.

Dogs lick people's skin to get the "salty" flavor we have that they enjoy.
Your bald head=a flavor haven for them.

I have the same problem.
Dogs always lick my head and ignore my shaft and balls.
Then they wonder why I don't finish.
By dogs, you meant chics, right?

Its actually amazing how many youtube videos there are of this phenomenon.
I couldnt pick just one to post... you go look for yourself.
My cat, by the way, has no interest in my bald head.

My cat Otis does this weird thing where he suckles and kneads the back of my head while I'm in bed. He can do it for hours and if you pull him away his paws are still kneading and he looks drunk. Little weirdo. My ex-husband once remarked, "That cat is unnaturally attached to you."

had a cat who would dig her nose in, bury her head into, and lick my underarm, the funkier the better. she'd lay on her side and would purr like crazy with her head stuffed in my pit and she'd knead her claws into my side. then every once in a while she'd bite
another cat loved licking earwax off my finger

I've always heard that the cat thing had to do with them being taken away from Mom too early (usually, when the kitten is rescued from a stray mother). I had a cat that was rescued from a stray mother, and he did this all the time.
