Hello everyone,

I am pleased to announce that Saturday March 8th I along with two other artists are having a retrospective of our ceramic work at the Art Lab in Snug Harbor. Snug Harbor is a cultural center located on Staten Island that offers classes ranging from ceramics, photography(digital and old school), painting, printmaking...etc. etc. you get the idea. We are opening up our studio for one day to show off and talk about what we have been up to for the past four years. I figured if anyone here is on the island they might want to check it out.

One of my recent pieces was inspired by Leticias song "Gorillas Live in my Butt" I even lifted the title.

That seems like an impossibility but I'll take your word for it.

Is it next to Suite Mate?

 All I have been doing has been abusing him

telling him that he should marry one of his suite mates (gay marriage is legal in New Paltz NY)

Cool! Is it functional pottery or sculptural? Can you get there by MTA?

Today was the big day.
I arrived a little before 2 to find one of my older, more elaborate, not to mentionfavorite sculptures on the table in pieces. Needless to say I was pissed I got a half assed reason why it broke, I tried to put it past me by opening some wine. The red wine cork is stubborn I force cork out
wine all over my white shirt.:furious:
After self medicating with said wine I relaxed and fortunately the turnout was fantastic plus I got three offers on some pieces which is rare for me.
I will get some pics soon but I have no idea how to post them here so I will need help with that.

Smiler....as someone with zero artistic ability I'm in awe and insanely jealous of those that possess the trait...congratulations on your success...I look forward to pics of your work. Keep moving towards your goals and never be discouraged.

And you can also host your pics on rf.net with the gallery and then just tell people to look in our gallery. I'm sure ppl will link to their faves in the thread.
