I actually agree with Earl and Franklin on this. I do see Blowhards side till he said they can go to the civilian complaint board. Thats bullshit.

I actually am having a hard time understanding what either of them are arguing about. All I've heard are broad generalizations from both sides. If it's about a right to have an opinion then I understand but I don't understand specifically what they disagree about.
