I love Dave. I think he's hysterical. But, I do think he's still learning from Ron & Fez. Eventually Dave will be able to run his own show. He's too funny not to.

I love this idea. I've been saying it since the Free-FM show. I thought Dave would have been perfect for an overnight show on Free-FM and, now that I think about it, a LIVE overnight show on XM 202 would be terrific.

Dave is already a little nuts. Combine this with the kookie cast of characters that normally call overnight call-in talk shows and this could really work. I'd love to see XM give it a shot.

I think ESD is a very smart cookie to not be one of the sat. night virus or night of a 100 podcasts people. In my opinion ESD has been the best addition to R&F since i have been listening and that goes back to the .com overnight days. He has stated that he wants to be a part of R&F and by not being one of the pack that wants to be a radio star he is solidifying his position as a team member of R&F.

No, I mean right now. I agree with some of the other comments above, Dave wold be perfect for a live overnight show on 202. he constant replays of that other show are driving me nuts - A mentally unstable overnight call in show would be great.

There's nothing I'd like better than to see ESD out on his own, I believe he is more than capable of sustaining a show. Of course it would be different than him being on someone else's show, but I think he's got more potential in him more than anyone else who's ever crossed RnF's threshold!!! The issue of control would take care of itself cuz it's physically & mentally impossible to be a maniac on air all the time, it's too fuckin' tiring... He's also a genuinely nice guy, not like the narcissistic, delusional creeps with their podcasts, pudcasts & putzcasts, who play to a readymade audience by riding the coattails of someone who is already established & successful. I hope someone is intelligent enough to give him a shot some day!!!

Dave's ultimate goal is being part of the Rob & Fez show. You need that option. I like the guy on the air, he makes a great foil for both hosts and think thats right where he belongs. I cant vote any other option.

That said its going to be very sad saying goodbye to Dave on tomorrows show.
