Jauble + tattoo = ?

So I am thinking about getting a tattoo and I really dont know what to do. This is pretty much a yeas or nays situation in my brain (wallet) but your imput is appreciated. Also do I get a 9 (or IX) tattoo which means something to me, a cubs related one (thats my team) or stay clean canvas?

I couldn't honestly pick 9 or IX, because the meaning is only known by you. But if those are the only choices, I'd go for the IX. Roman numerals look better than Arabic in tats, and IX can be done fancier than just a 9.

get a cubs tattoo- you'd be suprised how often you'll have to explain what your tattoo means, and how quickly it gets annoying. People will still ask you what your cubs tattoo means (my second tattoo was a liberty bell with 'philadelphia' across the top, and people will seriously ask what it means) but atleast less people will ask. Even if you're just going to say 'it's personal' you're going to have to say that to someone everyday, and youll sound like a dramatic douche doing it.

I vote for the IX but it all depends on the meaning of the 9. If its sports related I would stick with the 9. There are a lot of cool 9's they could do, go to any kind of font on the internet and print out the '9' you like and bring it with you and they'll put it on ya.
