Hey everyone. Been lurking for a while and finally decided to post. I just thought it was absolutely brilliant how Mooch set up Earl for today. I could hear those plotting wheels churning yesterday when he threw out the challenge. And of course, Earl didn't disappoint.

Bravo Mooch. Well played.

Great first post!

And I thought Mooch was brilliant the first time he was able to con RonFez.net into taking a party away from Fallon and making it a Mooch going away party, even though he never left.

love mooch, i was so expecting earl to flip out and quit. then i realized its earl and he knows he can ride the ron and fez show for a salary until ron and fez quit the business. they will never fire him and he will never quit.

Love the Mooch!

don't forget, mooch also tried to convince earl that his photos were brilliant, and that he should pursue a career in photography.

if earl said he enjoyed brushing his teeth, mooch would try to convince him to become a dentist.

don't stop, moochie! one of your schemes is bound to work!

Mooch is phenomenal. Seriously.

And I'm not just saying that because his giggle is almost as ridiculous as mine.

I love that fucking guy.

It is quite amazing how much better the show is since he has been here. I think he brings the best out of pepper too.

Considering he's probably the one who decided to play the dirty version of Fat Baby the other day I'm inclined to agree.

I was shaky on the Mooch at first, but now I've turned around, love the Mooch.

Yeah, a Mooch and Pepper combo for production would really be the dream team.

He really is good. I love it that he is so outspoken in his contempt for Earl. When they first did the Earl photo review and Mooch said they were great photos and Earl should immediately leave to start a new career - brilliant.

He can hide on McLean Avenue in Yonkers with all the other Irish illegals. We only kick brown people out.

It seems like I heard him in the studio one day, and then he never left. I like him though, he brings some more dynamic to the show, and he is a funny man.

I love it when Mooch came in to the studio today to talk to (berate) Mikey D. As usual the kid does not hold back. Whether you agree with him or not you have to admit that he was making some very valid points. It's so refreshing to have a guy on the show who is not afraid hold back.

If they end up letting Mooch leave without hiring him, I'll be really disappointed in Ron & Fez. If they can't get clearance to hire a new employee, he needs to replace Earl or Pitz.

Seriously, that guy makes great radio, both on-mic and off. It'll be a real shame if he just goes back to Ireland and we're left with producers who don't produce shit.

Having mooch on the show permanently would be great but im not sure its R&F shows call, i tried to hire someone overseas to work for me and was told by imigration that i had to advertise for six strait months vigorously to cover the position befor i could hire someone outside th US to come in and take the job - it was a ridiculous bunch of hoops we both would have to jump thru - so im not sure R&F can do anything about it

Mooch is awesome, It's sad that he wont be on the show anymore. I hope he gets to come back really soon.

I would love to have Mooch on the show for good. He is fantastic, I think he adds a much-needed dimension to the show, and he's not afraid to say what he thinks which is really admirable and makes for great radio better than stammerin' earl
