I'm craving White Castle

It's been nearly five months since the last time I had White Castle, which was the night of the RF.net Christmas Party. I've realized that the time has come for MORE WHITE CASTLE.

I'm figuring HD playoff hockey and sliders and beer is the perfect way to start the weekend.

I'm just debating if I want to get a milkshake with my order as well.

Last month 8 made a late night run and got a crave case of the bacon cheesbeurgers. I think, between the two of us, the case lasted maybe a day and a half. I highly recommend them for breakfast. :thumbup:

We're fortunate enough to live somewhere that you can always get the world's greatest drunk food, so White Castle is a "special occasions" type of thing. Why should we schlep to the ghetto when we can go get Fat Cats at Jimmy's? (Mmmmmmm....Fat Cats.....)

He has to have extra mild hot wings. I like them to burn my tastebuds off. (I hate chicken.)
Therefore, wings are out.

They have really declined (at least in the tri-state area)....and considering which chain we're talking about, that's really saying something.

They refuse to offer trays when eating in, and likewise refuse to clean the filthy tables or mop the floors due to that. They also tolerate homeless, panhandling, soliciting and people filling bottles at the soda fountain. They also (some locations) stopped maintaining those fountains, which now spew noxious liquids which bear no resemblance to the labeled soft drinks.

Even if you only stop in to pick up a sack of ten, just imagine what's going on behind the counters where we can't see.

Yes. All very true and still I stopped at the White Hassle on Route 22 just this past Wednesday for my semi-annual self-inflicted attack on my bowels. The very predictable follow-up trip to the can came right on time 45 minutes later.

You're right. It's unfair to say the place by us is better than Five Guys when we've never had Five Guys, but it's really, really good. They have poutine/cheese fries that are out of this world.

We went to one of those when we were in Florida last year. The burgers are actually a bit better (not so soggy and greasy), but they didn't quite hit the spot like a nasty WC slider does.
