Sallie Mae SNAFU causes credit scores to drop

Last week I saw my FICO score drop 100 points. I checked all 3 bureaus and my equifax score was the one that was affected. Turns out that people who had sallie mae student loans were affected by this. I called them to see if everything was up to date and they confirmed that it was due to this error.
