Not an anchor but (I'm SO going to butcher his name) Ti Wah Chang (CBS in NYC) IS the hardest working reporter in the industry.

Hurricane? He's THERE in a rain coat reporting and trying to keep from being knocked over.

Snow? He's THERE in a parka being as cheerful as he can as he freezes his ass off.

Chinese gang war? He's THERE, dodging bullets.

I haven't kept up with my local news lately. Is he still on CBS or did some other local news snap him up.
