You must set the ad_network_ads.txt file to be writable (check file name as well).

ok i signed up and loaded the pics

it gave me this url: http://www.ronfez.net/randomizer/random.php?uid=137

but when i try to put it in my sig, nothing comes up. i did it with IMG tags and without

got it to work. rf.net gallery doesn't put the .jpg in the filename, hosted on photobucket and it works fine

Only one problem though. The one pic I see is too big. The dimensions need to be 300x100. So no bigger than 300 pixels wide and/or 100 pixels high.

I never tested it with the rf.net gallery. It was written long before we even had the gallery, but when I have a few, I'll look into it.
