You must set the ad_network_ads.txt file to be writable (check file name as well).

Short notice but today sat. june 14th begins Art by the Ferry a two week event showcasing visual and performing arts on Staten island.
I am showing 3 pieces at 120 Stuyvesant pl. rm 113 our group name is DMBZ. Stuyvesant pl. is just two blocks from the ferry terminal.
