Is it really that simple? Anytime you have a few listeners in studio or at any live event (like the wedding or when they were in DC at xm), Fez is always on top of his game!

Or am I wrong?

Fez needs to be distracted from himself, so the events and guests allow him to get outside himself.
He is always best "putting the boots" to someone.
The show has become too routine, so he is probably always thinking about his "problems" when nothing else is going on.

You could probably say the same about Ron who seems to enjoy having people around to laugh at his jokes. I think different radio is a better term. It is good radio no matter what.

i agree. Ron & Fez are entertainers, so i think the whole show is a bit more high-energy and animated when a bunch of buddays are in-house. of course, if every show had a studio audience, then that would become the norm, and no audience might become the different show.

p.s. i hate these 'what would make the show better' type threads. if we knew how to do radio, we'd be doing it, not posting on a message board about it...

Every time I see this thread, I think Fez is getting a live-in housekeeper. Maybe one day he will.

I think fez is super funny, the man has some real talent. I did think he was throwing out more stuff with the crowd there. Though now that I think about it didn't he seem more "on" during the other "opie friday" shows? I think he pushes harder with Opie around and that is more gooder for us and our fezzy fix. I am always loving more fez, he is kinda like a cowbell, you can never have too much!

I love when theres a live audience. Getting to hear some Ric Flair 'Wooo's' everytime Fez puts the boots to someone usually has me Woooing at home. This isnt to say I dont like R&F without the live component, but Fez does tend to come alive more with a crowd around.

If fez lived in a house 24/7 with a live viewing audience it would be good for his overall wellbeing.
