You know, I like to say "Oh, Billy Joel is insipid horseshit", and, for the most part, I do believe he is. I mean, I won't go out of my way to listen to his music. There are a few songs I'll keep on if they come on the radio (but, then again, I rarely listen to stations that would play him.)

But if I'd been there last night, I think I would have been swept away with it and been only slightly less hysterical in my praise than Dave was.

Of course, you think about it a little, that's really scary.
