i think they are thankful to be going to warmer climes. while the were her they all three got sick. the niece got a bad cold, my sister had a nasty stomach virus, and the nephew stole the show with catching bronchitis and pink eye from his paternal aunt (the selfish bitch took the baby and breathed and kissed on him anyway knowing she was so sick). i must have spent at least 100 dollars in cold/flu medicine for the niece and sister. i spent much more on the boy, including more formula, the Rx's from the doctor (and they have insurance), various baby supplies, etc. however, they are family so it was worth it.

in gratitude for us housing, feeding, and nursing them back to health in the last 2 weeks, they have left us their illnesses :o

:sigh: i hope they left some of those cold remedies behind. i need to keep ahead of the germs so i can make it to the x-mas party this year...

he is opening for a few other bands and is not playing on the main stage, so it will be easier light wise an all, though I am hoping I can get inside to the main stage and take pix of the other bands as well. The lighting may be more challenging but it would also be more interesting. The bands on the main stage are Saving Abel and Candlebox.
