It's cold at hme, too. I don't care about Christmas. Not just because I'm a Pagan, but because I'm broke and don't feel festive. Our family has set aside $40 for each kid, and we are not doing any presents for anyone else. We just can't afford it.

i run my snails throught the garbage dispoal
a placostamus will clean algae but the get big and leave alot of poop
a chinese algae eater does the same but doesnt get too big
i go with snails cuz theyre easy to catch when you want to get rid of them
i have a 30gal and its the perfect size tank for me
