But we are an ever evolving species; example being in that we now average 4 wisdom teeth (I only had 2) and at one time we had more than that (8 I think). Our body is out growing the use for wisdom teeth thus, most of us have them removed. Our brains are also ever evolving. So your theory certainly has merit and because of how fat of a society we are becoming, scooters are now replacing legs.
