Yep I did. It's an herbal think with aloe some root some type husk. A few people uKnow used it with good results. The real weird thing is it makes you drowsy And really moody. If I don't feel notice feeling better in the colon region this weekend I'm going to quit taking it.

Were you backed up? I tried that colon cleanse stuff. Killed my colon worse than my IBS ever could. Citrucel is your friend. And enemas are effective if you are not fearful of that sort of thing (like I am). And no shitting the bed!!!!!!!!!!!!

Try the citrucel. It's very different from the metamucil capsules. I can't take anything with psyllium husks, they make me bleed something fierce.
