Makes sense! Once the crawl space under the house is completely filled with dead little boys he can hitch up an move on to new hunting ground..These guys are getting smarter by the kill..

I have nothing to say, but if Shirley Phelps-Roper were to see this, she would say:

"God hates fags, so he makes them live in tiny houses."

I happened to catch part of that crappy Robin Williams movie where he takes his family camping in an RV or whatever and I can't remember who was driving it but there was an RV made out of an old like 50's style public bus. That was cool.

And yes, I realized as I was typing it that I would have to specify which crappy Robin Williams movie I was talking about. :)

My guess is that he lubes up the other guy's rectum and then inserts his erect penis inside of it. This is all theory and conjecture, of course.

Less than 100 square feet means no building permit. One man's "green eco friendly" is another man's "cheap bastard shithole"...

would be great for a mountain retreat when the zombies attack though.

We saw a special on this last night and now Jeff wants it for our next house:

You can get them built out in a way that allows you to remodel yourself by moving walls and stuff.

OK, here's a dumb question.

How much is your average RV with the same amount of living space? One would think it's less expensive.

I like the look and the feel of it, especially the bigger model with the actual "real" bathroom and not the "wet bath".

But seriously - wouldn't this vs. an RV be a wash?

The RV's that are more like a house with the bathrooms are like $250k+

The design philosophy is completely different as well. One is meant to be Eco friendly while the other is meant to be Eco Nazi

I've seen articles on those on a few websites. They look so cool, and the fact that they are customizable to your needs is even better.

Pretty much, ours is 200 sq ft, and it's 18k. It has a shower, real bed, real fridge, stove, surround sound etc. I figure the trailer the house is built on is 2200 in my area, and all that lumber has to be a couple K.. Add the wiring and other crap and I bet the guy has 10k into it, and he has to do all the work himself.

Not to mention that the carbon footprint this guy is so concerned about leaving is a push. He has to tow the house, so the heavy-duty pickup he needs to move it around would emit probably the same amount of fumes as the mobile home.

I could do it for a summer, provided that I'm out in the wilderness and I can spend most of my days outside. In the winter time, no chance.

Seems kind of small & lame even in comparison to those shipping container houses I saw somewhere else (probably in another thread here?). Some of the container houses have a cool "I survived the rapture/apocalypse" look to 'em.
