well, northern delaware. South delaware is on par with alabama...

Northern DE is slightly different than Philly, but most people probably wouldn't distinguish it if they didn't live in the area.

i cant remember any time in my life or since the 1900's began that those 2 possibilities were realities for the 2 guys running for prez
