There is a bias, but it's not liberal or even conservative bias. The bias is towards "hot" stories. Policy differences isn't "hot". Knocked-up teenagers are.

a) as you said, it could be by choice. I saw AC/DC at Roseland; it doesn't mean they couldn't sell out stadiums still.
