Oh fucking please. Do not act all high and mighty. We've made jokes about Benoit, the monsoon, even 9/11. And yes, we, as other posters on RF.net, not just myself.
Did I make fun of individual people dying? No. But it's very rare that there's a massive train accident.

I'd doubt there's a risk of that my budday. In fact, Tenbats is simply expressing himself, as are we all. If only there was some way he couldve made it funny...

I'm not being high and mighty, I just stated that a lot of people aren't going to find it funny. Where it is an interesting plot device in a movie, it is a tragedy in real life.
You posted in your own thread "I'm going to guess that none of you ever saw Unbreakable" as if surprised that nobody was jumping on your band wagon. I explained why.

I think Unbreakable's "Superhero in the Real World" style helped influence Batman Begins and TDK, undoubtedly. Probably Heroes too.

Going back to the original post -- were people supposed to laugh? I get the reference. It's kind of obvious. It just doesn't even seem funny -- even tragedy aside. We're supposed to just laugh at the reference? It's like a Family Guy script written by a Special Olympics relay team.

Remember how you posted a long time ago that people thought you had a vendetta against me? And then you backed off? A post like this kinda re-inforces that. We had totally changed subjects from the original post and moved on, and then you got back into it.

And for what it's worth, there wasn't even a "joke" as it were. The reference (not really a joke) is to unbreakable, and then a comment for me about trainwreck thread photos. So your post doesn't even make sense.

How am I not making sense? You thought it was a great idea to make light of a fresh tragedy where a number of people are dead to make a not-so-clever reference that wasn't supposed to be funny. This just seems odd to me.

It wasn't like I made 18,000 jokes. I threw up a line about pics for trainwreck threads (which this thread has a dire need for, ironically.) I wasn't trying to go for comedy gold, it was basically pulled out of boredom on a Saturday morning and 8 hours later you're STILL making an issue of it.
THAT'S what's odd to me. You Chris and Tracey had your fun, and then you just come out of nowhere and start bagging on me again.

Holy shit. I just went back and watched the scene. I've been so overinundated with Samuel L. Jackson's overacting I could have sworn he is fucking laughing his ass off when he's in the final scene with Dunn in the comic shop.
He's not.
So the "Ha ha ha" is on me. I swore on my life, I thought Price was laughing in that scene.

I decided to reflect on this for a few minutes before responding. You can believe a conspiracy theory is in play here, but it's simply not true. I have laid off on you from years ago, but I still don't have a problem calling you out for something if I feel it's warranted. To be completely honest, I read your thread, and it was completely awful. Even if you don't find it funny, joking about tragedy is a viable form of humor that works or doesn't work based on the context, distance from the tragedy, and audience. What happened here, was that you decided to make light of a tragedy, which can work, except you did it with almost no pay off whatsoever. That's what made it a perfectly awful thread. When you started steering the thread away from your, er, train wreck of a thread, I thought I wouldn't let you get off so easy. That's it. Sorry if this makes you feel persecuted. I'm done now.

Every time a tenbatpileon happens I invest precious time in reading the drama unfold before my eyes and you always start calling people by their real names. Who the frux is Tracy? The world is watching and wondering. Why do you do that, can't we just stick to board names.
