My flip flops smell horrible.

I bought a cheapass pair of flip flops a few months ago @ Target, that I throw on when I'm running around doing errands. I don't know if it's the material or my feet (my other shoes don't smell), but these things smell HIDEOUS.

I've come to almost revel in this rather than throw them away.

I was in a dressing room at the Saks outlet, and the second I took them off, I could hear people in the other stalls commenting "something smells like vinegar". I was secretly pleased that the old cougar next to me was forced to inhale my nasty flip flop odor.

Yesterday, I had to take the dog to the vet and dogs were flocking to smell them. Their owners were uncomfortable.

I put one in Jeff's face unexpectedly and he retched and called me an animal.

They are nasty, yet an effective weapon! Do I throw them out, or revel in their nastiness???

Depends on the flip flops. If they cost more than $5, I would keep them, maybe give them a wash in the sink with dish soap and a scrubber. If they are cheapos, throw em out and run to Old Navy to grab some cheap flip flops...2 pairs for $5 or something like that.

I sooooo know what you are talking about. When I broke my wrist this summer I couldn't tie shoes nor put shoes on. I wore flip flops for 2 months, everyday.

I have a pair of Teva sandals that I took to the beach and left outside in the rain and sand. They smelled absolutely awful. I haven't worn them since, but I left them out in the garage. Hopefully they've aired out by now. I refuse to get rid of them, as they cost me $50. Had they been $5 flip-flops, they would have been long gone.
