When you were young, did you ever torture your siblings? What did you do?
I once tied up my brother in a chair in the basement and turned off the lights and left him down there screaming for a half hour. Sorry Reef!
I also taught my sister to slide down the stairs on the bottom of a hassock and she broke her arm.

I can one up you on that:

I zippered and locked my brother Gerald in a suitcase on our parents' bed.

Then I left the room and locked the door.

Another time, we were playing Vacation Bible School while our mom was lying down (I think she was expecting Joe at the time) and he took his pretend class down to the basement with an "art project" - an armful of yarn, Dad's old business cards and a hole-punch - and I shut the door. Next thing I heard was ka-thunk-ka-thunk-ka-thunk ... and there, at the bottom of the stairs, is my little brother with his head split open, bleeding all over the place. (I didn't push him or anything, but I got yelled at for it anyway.)

And, of course, there's the time I cut Gerald's hair ... right before school picture day. Dad yelled at me for cutting Ger's hair ... and Ger for being dumb enough to let me do it.

Having a little brother like Gerald made it so easy to do stupid things!

Now the three of us (Ger, Joe and I) gang up on our sister. We know exactly which buttons to push and it doesn't take long to get her crying.

I have three brothers. We all tortured each other. Quite a few trips to the emergency room.

I was the younger and tortured one.

My sister would play around and keep the thick down feather bed comforter over my head and sit on me... just for shits and giggles...
She also, on numerous occasions, broke a glass door over my head. We would play tag or something like that in our small apartment and I would run into my room to hide. While I was holding the glass-inset door shut she would push it so hard until it finally would collapse over my back.
I was fine, but my mom was pissed when she got the call that the door broke yet again.

When I was 4 we also played tag at a wedding. The hall had two glass doors leading outside and I was running away from her. In my rush I tried to pull a door open that was to be pushed and the other hand that was pushing against the locked side of it broke right through the glass and left a hole in it (yes, east German glass was a bit thinner and not the security kind that is used today.

My oldest brother cut the left side of my hair off with Santa Claus scissors when i was about 7. My mom had to take me to get a bob afterwards.

Sharp-shooters were given on a routine basis between my brothers.

Again, my brother shot me in the back with a BB gun about 10x while i was sitting in front of the TV when i was around 9.

My middle brother used to rip all the Tiger Beat and BOP pictures off of my bedroom wall.

well when my little brothers were small i would dress them up in my ballet outfits and take pictures of them (of which I need to find)
then later i used to put them in the dog crate...sometimes we put the dog crate on the table and put them in the crate and knocked it off the table and rolled it through the basement...but we put pillows and sleeping bags inside to make it not hurt as much....this was not a one time event, this was like everyweekend for 9 months they must have been 9 and 7 years old something like that...
then later in life, we just got in EXTREME physical fights....alot of punching and such...
recently my brothers have ganged up on me and stuck me between mattresses and held me down inside and jumped on the mattresses...
on another occasion they moved all my bedroom furniture around and when i went to go in my room to move it back they caught me between the wall and my large dresser and smashed me inbetween till i was trapped and bruised up pretty bad, luckily i was smashed in a way that none of my bones broke
then when i was in my student teaching semester they covered my car in chewing tobacco spit, because i smelled something horrible coming from the attic and it was a tub full of spit....so i yelled at them about it, and of course....i woke up late and had to drive the jeep covered in tobacco waste....
right before my brother went to jail (for something unrelated to this) he punched me in the stomach and threw me over the couch because we had an argument over pizza...the other one smashed my violin (my dad bought me a new one though not too long ago) because we had an argument about him skipping school
i probably deserve this for being mean when they were little...but at the end of the day my brothers and I stick together and have a million untold crazy stories from stuff we did when my parents were out of town, stealing street signs, and other strange things we do, to the stuff we have still yet to do....
(of course i do not live at my parents house anymore because those people are nuts over there ha ha)

my brother is three years older than me and beat the hell out of me as a kid. the camel clutch was almost a daily activity, which i believe to be the most painful of the submission moves. one time, he and his friend on the walk home from the bus stop after school used an entire roll of hockey tape so that i could only take about one inch steps at a time. they ended up throwing me in the ditch. a neighbor had to come help me out. he also hit me over the head with a plastic pvc pipe which required stitches. the best was when he broke his hand punching me in the head. i laughed at him every day he had that stupid cast on, which usually involved me getting hit with it.

oh, the joys of being the younger sibling...

i don't know what this says about my older brother, but he once put his dirty ginch over my head and then put his hand over my mouth so i had to breath through my nose. it haunts me still...

I'm the youngest, I was the tortured. The day my brother and I stopped having fist fights was the day I finally grew big enough and strong enough to beat him. Bloodied him up too, the cockhead.
BTW, there's probably few greater pleasures in life than witnessing a person who had power over you realizing that that power is gone. And that I think is applicable in many areas.

Hey - who remembers the old cover the mouth ... aaand now I'm going to pinch your nose. Now who's a breather? Not you.

Constant headlocks and noogies.

Get em in a good chicken wing or two - really crank that one on.

It stopped being fun and I realized the scales were tipping when my youngest brother really put up a fight one day... I got him - but I realized it was over. The older of the two actually picked up a 5 lb. weight in the garage after a beating and it was a good thing I got that door closed quick enough. I seem to remember "I'm not afraid of you anymore"... and he wasn't.

I've apologized to them both for the crap I did as a child - they both seemed to appreciate it. They're also both 4" taller and say 30 lbs heavier than me now. I will never take shit off them though. And they try :)

My brothers and sisters were all 6 to 16 years older than me. I didn't get to torture anyone smaller than me until I had kids.

Well if you put it that way,
I can't wait to put my kid in a camel clutch.

I was teasing my little brother once and he began yelling at me. I occluded my left nostril and blew forcefully with my right; the contents of which went sailing across the room and into his open mouth (much to our surprise).

He began dry heaving and ran out the room.

It was the best day of my life.

I'll see you all in hell.

I never really tortured my sister, she's two years older than me so when I was young she was bigger than me and by the time i was a teen I wasn't interested. Im making up for it by torturing sarah now.

Once we gave one of my little brothers 10 bucks to eat an earthworm.

Another time my brother and I were having a baseball card fight, and I threw one at him, and the corner stuck right in his eyeball.

No wonder why my stepmother hated me.

I was the one who got tourtured by my three older brothers. We had a three floor house with a laundry shoot. My brothers would alwasy tell me that something was stuck in the laundry shoot and I would go down and look up and they would dump water on me. There were times I was sitting on the bowl and they would kick the door open and use a blowdryer to blow babypoweder into my face. There would be 2 on 1 wrestling matches were I would get my ass kicked. It was endless. Now that I am older and alot bigger they dont pick on me so much. I look back and now and think it was funny and could care less.

I forgot that my brother still has a small scar by his eyebrow where I hit him with an errant rock that drew blood, very close to his eyeball. Another time shortly after he learned to ride a bicycle I put him on my ten speed and pushed him down the sidewalk. His feet did not even reach the pedals and he started to roll faster and faster down the street and I started to panic because he was heading straight for Northern Blvd. I could not catch up to him, no matter how fast I ran. I started screaming for help and an older kid down the block ran much faster than me and was able to catch him within a few feet of the speeding traffic. I thanked him profusely and walked my brother home and I barely could keep from crying thinking what almost could have happened. I did not intend that to happen but it could have ended in disaster.

On a family roadtrip home from Florida my big sister noticed I'd spit out my chewing gum (we were about 5 and 6), took 1/2 of her gum and put it in my hair, still chewing her 1/2. When I noticed and started crying, my mom inspected us, saw that I had no gum in my mouth and saw that she still had hers. I got bitched at, spanked, and wasn't allowed to chew gum for years... also my mom didn't have scissors so she had to cut it out of my hair with her Lady Bic Razor.

Evil Genius in the making.

This was a big thing for my family, it was spoken about ever since it happened as I furiously tried to clear my name... My sister finally confessed very recently and I received an official apology from my mother.
