Exactly ... Sedans today have more Horsepower than the Mussle Cars back then. And we wonder why our cars gussle so much gas.
I don't know. A Duster or a Mustang wern't getting single digits MPG? I'm pretty sure the engines today are much more efficient and get way better gas mileage despite the increased HP...

Oh no doubt ... but if we used that efficiency we've discovered and maintained a lower horsepower, think of the good we would have done.

Robby come lately.....hello every buddays!
THIS is the best time to be a teenager ever. One of the biggest problems I faced as a teen was feeling like an outsider. With the internet, its so easy to find people that you have a lot in common with, can share opinions and music without worrying about being judged by your "peers".
Plus, girls have never been hotter than they are now, and they apparently give blowjobs away like handshakes.

salt does pull the moisture out of the meat. But you are soaking it in moisture.
So it would be like recirculating the marinade through it.

Picula ad Caval
This traditional Italian recipe will serve 6
21/4 pounds ground horse meat
1 Tbsp. olive oil
2-1/2 ounces ground cured lard (or pancetta)
2 onions, minced
1 glass dry white wine (though some Italian chefs prefer broth)
6 ripe tomatoes, blanched, peeled, seeded, chopped, and drained
2 bell peppers, ribbed and seeded, then diced
2 Tbsp. minced fresh herbs (basil, sage, and rosemary in proportions to taste)
1 clove garlic, minced
salt and freshly ground pepper
Heat the oil, lard, and onion in a skillet. Sauté until the onion has become golden but don’t let it get really brown. Add the horse meat and brown it, stirring frequently. When it has browned, sprinkle in the glass of wine and reduce the heat to a bare simmer. Cover it, and let it cook for at least an hour. Mix in the chopped tomatoes and diced peppers, and continue cooking for another half hour.
Ten minutes before removing the dish from the stove, sprinkle the minced herbs over everything. Serve it hot with salt and pepper to taste.

proof exists that a "jesus" existed. However, during those times in that region of the world many men had the name jesus. So, it isn't pinpointed which one is the 'jesus' and if the one we suspect to be actually is.

There was a huge disagreement between the people that knew Jesus personally whether he claimed to be a deity or not.
He wasn't the only one. He just lucked out with better PR through Saul then Paul Associates.

I'm not asking for a photograph, but how about one reference to the guy? Romans were meticulous note takers, how did he get missed?

Too many people had their hands in writing the bible. It's kinda like the wikipedia of religion.
Great quote. The Bible - wikipedia of religion. You are very right. If anyone disagrees, go read History of God by Karen Armstrong, a Catholic nun. There is absolutely no doubt that the story of Jesus has been shrouded in myth, mystery, and confusion from day one.

It's just a re-hash of other ancient myths about gods walking on Earth.

Unfortunately, too many people believe that "man came from monkey" lies spread by opponents of evolution. Clear proof that we're not as advanced and some make us out to be. Hell, we're one natural disaster from eating each other a month from now. We're animals. And we'll go to the same place as they do when they die...
Doggy heaven. Woof.

2 minutes of internet search gave me this (http://www.evidenceandanswers.org/articles/Jesus%20in%20Ancient%20NonChristian%20Sources.pdf) . whatever your views i've never heard anyone dispute him as a historical figure. admittedly, i'm no expert.

Umm yeah, Josephus. He was debunked.
I've never heard anyone confirm him as a historical figure. Writings, statues, etc... Roman notes of his proceedings would have been around. A man raising the dead and parting seas would probably have made mention somewher.
