The judge seemed to do all she could do to keep Simpson's past shenanigans out of the trial, and appeals courts hate to second-guess jury deliberations unless it's clear there was misconduct. And if the jurors keep their mouths shut, I don't see how you prove that.

This is something that goes back to the first trial that happened to be on tv while I was gambling. I played 32 on a whim and it came out twice within five spins. Now I play it all the time. That's always a problem in these high profile cases. These idiot jurors go on Nightline or Larry King or Oprah and tell everything. You're right, even then it's hard to overturn a jury's verdict unless the judge did something wrong or there was jury tampering.
